Yes, your website can be hosted by a 3rd party and developed by us. Upon launch of the website, we will require administrative access to your web hosting account.

Yes, we can update or redesign an existing website. The cost will be determined by the level of updates required. A complete redesign is treated as a new website project.

We utilize a development portal, separate from the live website so that you can monitor the progress and provide input on the design.

We do offer logo and graphic design services; however, these services are separate from the website development. Free to use stock photos and/or videos may be used on the website where necessary. These are free of charge.

Yes, we also offer research and copywriting services if you need assistance in crafting the information to be displayed on the website.

Once the development is satisfactory the client is billed for the remainder of the development cost. The website is then transferred from the development platform to the live platform where the public can view the site using its domain name.

The launch can be supplemented with a social media campaign.

Upon launch of the website, you will receive free website maintenance for a period of time dependent of the website package selected.

This includes updates to the website content in line with the package.

At the end of the free maintenance period the client may sign-up for annual website maintenance contract. Please see our maintenance page for more information.

Any updates in the absence of a maintenance contract are billed on a per incident basis.

Yes, once the website is launched, we provide you with full administrative access to the website. You may opt to maintain/perform updates yourself or hire a third-party to maintain the website for you.

If you opt out of a maintenance contract, you will be responsible for all updates, upgrades, backups, and security of the website.

Effective ranking on Google requires proper Search Engine Optimization (SEO). SEO is included in the Corporate and eCommerce maintenance contracts.

Website security and backups are important to protect your website from hacks and other threats that could cause website disruption. These services are included in the Standard, Corporate and eCommerce maintenance contracts.
